Quesina PH is the flagship platform of CRUD.IT Solutions Inc., built in partnership with Lucia’s Recipe — a multi-branch Filipino dessert chain that became our founding customer because the existing POS could not handle their commissary deductions.
Origin
Lucia’s Recipe was paying for two systems — a generic POS and a separate inventory tracker — and still reconciling stock by hand at month-end. The platforms didn’t talk to each other. When the owners asked us to fix the inventory side, we proposed something more ambitious: one platform that knows the relationship between an Ube Halo-Halo sold at the front and the ube paste depleted at the commissary.
That became Phase 1 of Quesina PH. Today the platform runs every branch in their network, BIR-clean, and is being made available to other Filipino food businesses through this site.
